Disney College Program Apartments

Hello everyone!! My arrival date for the Fall 2012 is September 5th!! It is just around the corner-106 days to be exact.  With the college program you will be living in apartments. There are four apartment complexes: Vista Way, Chatham Square, Patterson Court and The Commons (for international students).

-Is the oldest complex
-The smallest of the apartments
-Least expensive



Patterson Court
-Newest complex
-No bus stop (you can walk to Chatham) I would not advise waking up late or your going to be running for 10-15 minutes to get to the Chatham lot.
-Most expensive


Chatham Square
-Some rooms have balconies
-Right by Mickey's Retreat (Cast member recreation center)

-Fitness Center
-Swimming Pool
-Tennis Court
-Volleyball Court
-Laundry Facilities


For the apartments there is a weekly fee of around 82-108 dollars depending on what apartment you are in and how many roommates you have. The more roommates, the less expensive it will be. There is bus transportation provided and if you drive to Disney parking is free. Also each and everyone of the apartments are non-smoking.

If you are under 21 you will be roomed with other people under 21 (to ensure that you are not exposed to alcohol). If your friend is over 21 and you are under 21; you two can still room together, but you will be placed in an under 21 age room. You can have up to 7 roommates and as low as 1 other roommate.
